No. This is an independent self-audit built by Ringwell to help service businesses evaluate the phone-coverage portion of their Google Business Profile setup. It does not access any Google account data.

How is the score calculated?

Each of the 10 questions is weighted from 0 to 10 points. We add them up and convert to a 0–100 score. The grade buckets reflect what we see in the field: anything under 60 is a real revenue leak, 60–79 is functional but missing easy wins, and 80+ means your phone setup is helping your Google traffic compound.

The score reflects whether your Google Business Profile phone setup is keeping up with the leads it generates. A great listing with a weak phone setup loses jobs every week. Your score and personalized recommendations focus on the highest-impact fixes.

Accepted Answer

No. The audit runs entirely in your browser. You only see signup prompts if you choose to act on the recommendations.
